Londons Next - Kyla la Grange

My beautiful cousin has the most amazing voice I have ever heard. When I finished high school I spent a year living in London and a few months living with her. I remember how she sat in her room with her guitar singing and how amazing it sounded! Have a listen here...

Urban Ballerina

One of my best trends this season to hit the catwalks is the whole ballerina look . I like to call it 'Urban Ballerina'. 

I first started ballet when I was 4 and I did it until I left home for boarding school! I always felt so pretty with my hair tied back in a tight little bun, so somehow I feel something special towards this trend. I have now started doing ballet again when I can- just some adult classes :)

There is nothing more girly and pretty than doing your make-up lightly, putting in a bun and painting your nails a beautiful pink.

Topshop Unique at London Fashion Week

London fashion week began on Monday & I am following closely & filing away my best looks so far... but for now I have to show you what Topshop launched for their UNIQUE range... 

The elegant 1930's has been all the inspiration for them for this collection. I couldn't help but think of a certain Disney Character when looking through their key items...

The perfect piece for spring

Spring is in the air :) And as I jump out of bed all excited that the sun is shinning & slip on a little dress, I soon realize that it is definitely not summer yet, and a jumper is most definitely still a necessity! 


Being the girly girl that I am means that I absolutely love anything cute! & I am in love with these sweet jumpers. 

I think they are perfect for Spring & add a little excitement to your wardrobe. They remind me of when I was a little girl, my gran knitted me the sweetest jerseys with ponies on & my brother had one with a calculator  (I used to tease him that I knew how to push his buttons & I would make noises as I poked him on his jersey). Wardrobe are sure to have a few of these sweet knits in stock... I found the one below at Journey in Long street, Cape Town...
